Trevor has been a dedicated restaurant owner and operator at the executive level for over 25-years. Trevor spent 13-years in the Sbarro organization and 7-years as VP of Operations for Daphne’s Greek Café which grew from 6 to more than 70 locations during his tenure. Trevor owned and operated Bice Ristorante, a fine dining Italian restaurant in downtown San Diego for 9-years and he formed The Sacco Group, a restaurant consulting firm.
He was the VP of operations for Umami Burger and headed the reins as CEO for 3-years at Beaming Wellness, a chain of organic, plant-based cafes in Southern California. After selling to a private equity firm, Trevor exited and now owns and operates Naked Infusions, a plant-based consumer packaged goods company. Naked Infusions has a line of organic salsas, hot sauces & pasta sauces that can be found at grocery chains like Whole Foods and Ralph’s.
Trevor’s passion for executing on all the touch points of the customer experience has been paramount in the success of the companies he has been involved with. Trevor currently serves on two non-profit boards, Just like my Child in San Diego and GenNext where he is Chairman of the Board for the LA Region.
